Seasonal Move Checklist
A snowbird shipment is easier to coordinate when the seasonal move is separated into dates, access, vehicle condition and responsible contacts. This checklist is designed to prevent the common planning problem of knowing the travel dates but not knowing when the vehicle can actually be released, who will meet the transporter or whether the winter residence can accept a large carrier.

Keep the shipment order, assigned-carrier information, pickup and delivery Bills of Lading/inspection records, photographs and relevant payment receipts.
