Public reviews should come from people describing an actual interaction or service experience. Phoenix does not create customer reviews for itself or ask someone without a genuine experience to post one.
Our review-integrity standard
Phoenix does not offer a discount, payment, gift, upgraded service or other benefit in exchange for posting, changing or removing a review.
A customer should not be screened for satisfaction and invited to publish a review only when the expected rating is favorable. Honest critical feedback is part of a trustworthy reputation record.
Phoenix may make it easier to find a legitimate review destination, but it does not require a star rating, prescribed wording, keywords or a prewritten testimonial.
How Phoenix may ask for feedback
Phoenix may remind a customer that honest feedback is welcome after a genuine service interaction. A request should be neutral: the customer remains free to leave positive, mixed or negative feedback, or no public review at all.
Direct service feedback can also be sent privately to INFO@PHOENIXAUTODISPATCH.COM. Providing private feedback does not waive or condition a customer's ability to publish an honest review elsewhere.
Negative feedback and complaint handling
Phoenix may investigate a concern, correct an error or assist with communication without conditioning that assistance on changing or deleting a review.
A critical review is not removed merely because Phoenix disagrees with it. If content appears to violate a third-party platform's rules, the platform's reporting and moderation process controls.
For shipment concerns, preserve order information, communications, Bills of Lading, inspection records and relevant photographs so the underlying issue can be evaluated independently of the public rating.
Third-party review and rating references
Phoenix only intends to cite a third-party review profile, rating or review count when the source can be verified as corresponding to Phoenix Auto Dispatch / Phoenix Dispatch LLC and the information is current enough to support the statement. Because third-party ratings and counts can change, the independent platform remains the controlling source.
Independent platforms control their own content
Phoenix cannot edit a customer's independent third-party review. Review platforms determine their own identity, moderation, ranking, filtering, display and removal rules. A listing, review, rating or directory inclusion also does not by itself establish endorsement, affiliation, partnership, approved-vendor status or shipment volume.
Where Phoenix public reviews should live
Phoenix will not operate an internally editable public review wall. Private feedback may be retained internally for service improvement, but public reputation evidence should remain on an independent platform where Phoenix cannot silently delete or rewrite a customer\'s review.
Once Phoenix\'s verified Google Business Profile and its official review links are confirmed, this page is prepared to point customers to that independent source. Until a real profile URL is configured, Phoenix will not publish an invented Google profile, rating, review count or placeholder review feed.
If a Google review appears to be spam, impersonation, extortion, off-topic or otherwise policy-violating, Phoenix may report it through Google\'s moderation process. A legitimate negative review is not something Phoenix can or should erase internally merely because the company disagrees with it.
