Nationwide U.S. vehicle-shipping coordination
Where Phoenix sits in the transport chain
Phoenix Auto Dispatch / Phoenix Dispatch LLC handles account intake, shipment planning, administrative coordination, communication and shipment support. When regulated transportation brokerage is required, that function proceeds through an authorized transportation brokerage partner. The assigned independent authorized motor carrier physically transports the vehicle and holds the carrier-specific authority, equipment and cargo coverage used for the move.
Phoenix does not publish or claim its own motor-carrier authority or federal transportation-broker authority and should not be described as the company physically operating the transport truck unless a future official Phoenix source expressly states otherwise.
How Phoenix can fit a recurring B2B workflow
Phoenix can serve as a repeatable outside coordination desk so an internal dealer or fleet team has one intake and communication path for recurring vehicle moves.
Each vehicle remains tied to its VIN/stock/unit identity, condition, exact locations, release/receiving contacts, ready date and equipment requirements instead of being treated as a generic lane.
Recurring business does not convert a historical route or prior price into guaranteed future capacity or pricing. Each move still requires current shipment-specific confirmation.
Carrier authority, insurance, equipment, history and route fit belong to the assigned transportation provider and should be verified for the actual move rather than assumed across future shipments.
Vendor-onboarding checklist
- Confirm the legal entity and Phoenix Auto Dispatch brand identity shown on this page and the Official Business Information page.
- Confirm the Phoenix contact, expected communication path and who on your team can release or receive transport instructions.
- Define whether the recurring workflow is dealer trades, auction purchases, fleet redeployment, remarketing, relocation, customer delivery or another vehicle-move pattern.
- Standardize the unit fields your team will provide: VIN/stock/unit number, year/make/model, operability, dimensions when unusual, exact origin/destination, release contacts and timing constraints.
- Confirm shipment-specific price, timing, equipment and carrier availability for each move; do not treat this page as a standing rate sheet or capacity guarantee.
- Review carrier standards and shipment-protection guidance for the carrier-specific verification process.
Move from Vendor Verification to Capability Review
After verifying Phoenix’s identity and operating role, procurement teams can review a separate capability statement covering supported business-use cases, intake structure, role boundaries and the facts that still require shipment-specific confirmation.
