FLEET & MULTI-UNIT COORDINATION

Fleet Vehicle Transport Services

Plan recurring fleet moves with unit-level vehicle data, exact locations, realistic timing and equipment fit. Phoenix coordinates the transport workflow while keeping each vehicle and handoff independently documented.

Recurring Fleet Needs Are Not One Generic Shipment

A fleet may move the same vehicle class repeatedly, but each unit still has its own location, condition, ready date and destination. A clean process keeps that unit-level detail while giving the fleet manager one consistent coordination path.

Branch Redeployment

Move vehicles between branches, field locations, offices or operating regions with exact receiving contacts and access information.

Remarketing & Auction

Coordinate fleet dispositions, auction drop-offs or purchases around the facility's release, gate, deadline and vehicle-condition requirements.

Employee / Assigned Vehicle Moves

Plan handoffs between business locations and residences while confirming who can release and receive the unit and whether a large transporter can access the address.

Staged Multi-Unit Moves

Break larger moves into carrier-compatible groups when vehicle size, route, ready dates or multiple origins make one-truck assumptions unrealistic.

A Fleet-Ready Unit List

For repeat or batch coordination, provide one row per vehicle. The exact format can follow your internal record keeping, but each unit should carry the facts needed to determine equipment and handoff requirements.

Identity

VIN/unit number, year, make, model and any fleet/stock reference your team needs on the shipment record.

Equipment fit

Operability, dimensions for upfitted or oversized units, low clearance, modifications and open/enclosed or specialty-loading requirements.

Locations

Exact physical origin and destination, contact names, access limitations, hours and any facility release or receiving process.

Timing

True vehicle-ready date, acceptable pickup window, required destination timing and any deadline that should influence dispatch priority.

Capacity, Tracking & Multi-Unit Expectations

Several vehicles can be coordinated together, but Phoenix does not promise that every unit in a batch will ride on one truck. Trailer capacity depends on vehicle dimensions, weight, condition, route, origins/destinations and current carrier availability. Keeping each unit separate in the data makes it possible to group vehicles where the move actually fits.

Tracking technology also varies by assigned carrier. GPS or tracking links can be requested when available, but they are not represented as a universal fleet feature unless the assigned provider confirms them for the shipment. Phoenix's role is to keep the fleet contact informed through the established shipment communication chain.

FLEET / RELOCATION / REMARKETING WORKFLOW

Start With the Fleet Data and Handoffs You Already Manage

For repeat fleet moves, Phoenix can review the operating pattern before the next unit is ready. Share how vehicles are identified, where they originate and end, who releases and receives them, what date windows or equipment needs are common, and how your team wants exceptions handled.

Program planning does not reserve carrier capacity or guarantee one-truck consolidation, GPS availability, pricing or timing. Those items depend on the actual vehicles, lanes and assigned providers.

FIRST-PARTY BUSINESS INQUIRY

Start a Fleet / Relocation Program Conversation

Send Phoenix the operating context your team already uses. This goes directly to Phoenix as a business inquiry so an agent can review fit and follow up. It is not a shipment booking, rate agreement, carrier assignment, capacity reservation, approved-vendor designation or SLA.

Do not send passwords, payment-card information or account credentials.
Prefer your own mail app? The existing structured email action on this page remains available.

Submitting this inquiry sends the information to Phoenix Auto Dispatch for agent review. It does not automatically email you, book a motor carrier, authorize a shipment, create an approved-vendor relationship, or establish pricing/capacity commitments.
