Research & Content Standards

How Phoenix Auto Dispatch builds planning content that is intended to help customers make shipment decisions—not simply create another page for a search phrase.

Why This Standard Exists

Phoenix maintains a large vehicle-shipping matrix covering services, states, promoted cities, routes and planning guides. Scale only helps a customer when the page has a real reason to exist. We therefore separate broad geographic coverage from pages that deserve search indexing, and we do not intentionally publish thousands of near-identical city or keyword variations merely to attract search traffic.

A page is a stronger candidate for indexing when it has distinct shipment intent, useful market or facility facts, a meaningful customer task and enough original planning context to stand on its own.

Our Source Hierarchy

1. Primary sources

Government agencies, military-installation resources, ports, auction marketplaces, facility pages, carrier/provider documentation and other first-party operational sources.

2. Operational cross-checks

Multiple current sources are compared when a rule, date, facility workflow or market condition can change. A local facility rule is not generalized nationally without support.

3. Phoenix planning context

Source facts are translated into practical shipment questions: access, release readiness, equipment, timing, operability, route direction and customer handoff.

What We Avoid

How Software and AI Assistance Are Used

Phoenix may use software and AI-assisted tools to organize research, compare page families, identify stale wording, test website consistency and help structure drafts. Automation is not treated as evidence. Operational claims intended to guide customers are checked against cited or maintained sources before publication, and pages are reviewed for Phoenix's actual service-provider role and current policies.

Role and Affiliation Transparency

Phoenix Dispatch LLC, operating as Phoenix Auto Dispatch, provides customer intake, administrative coordination, shipment support and related service functions. Phoenix does not represent itself as the motor carrier physically transporting the vehicle. When regulated brokerage is required, that function proceeds through an authorized transportation brokerage partner, and physical transportation is performed by an independent authorized motor carrier.

References to Copart, IAA, Manheim, OPENLANE, military installations, ports, event organizers or other organizations are informational unless a specific relationship is expressly stated. Their current official rules and documents control their own services.

Corrections and Review

Operational information can change. Where a facility, marketplace, port or agency publishes new instructions, the current official instruction controls even if an older Phoenix page has not yet been refreshed. If you find a factual issue, contact info@phoenixautodispatch.com with the page and source so it can be reviewed.
