Phoenix Auto Dispatch is the customer-facing vehicle-shipping coordination service operated by Phoenix Dispatch LLC. Our role is to collect accurate shipment requirements, help customers understand the transport plan, coordinate the order into an authorized brokerage relationship, and remain available for shipment communication and support.
Phoenix works directly with customers to understand the vehicle, route, timing and equipment requirements. Once a customer authorizes the shipment, Phoenix coordinates the work order through an authorized transportation brokerage partner. The brokerage/carrier-assignment process is then used to vet and contract an independent authorized motor carrier that physically transports the vehicle.
Phoenix remains involved as the customer-facing coordination and support point. That can include confirming shipment details, helping resolve access or timing questions, requesting status updates, and assisting the customer in obtaining assigned carrier information.
Phoenix Dispatch LLC does not operate transport trucks and does not represent itself as the motor carrier. Phoenix Dispatch LLC also does not publish or claim its own motor-carrier or broker authority. Regulated transportation arrangements that require brokerage are processed through authorized brokerage partners, and physical transportation is performed by the independently assigned motor carrier.
This distinction matters because the brokerage partner, assigned motor carrier, carrier cargo policy, Bill of Lading and shipment-specific booking documents each have their own roles in the transportation process.
Phoenix Dispatch LLC uses 3190 E Willow St, Signal Hill, CA 90755 as its business correspondence/contact address. This address is not represented as a vehicle drop-off location, storage yard or motor-carrier terminal. Vehicle pickup and delivery are coordinated for the shipment-specific origin and destination with the assigned independent motor carrier.
Normal customer-support hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Pacific Time. After-hours assistance may be available for active shipments when needed, but Phoenix does not advertise a continuously staffed 24/7 support desk.
