How Phoenix carrier dispatch is structured

Carrier control is the operating boundary. Phoenix provides dispatch and administrative support only for an appointed motor carrier under a written carrier-specific relationship. The motor carrier operates under its own authority, controls its truck and driver, defines operating criteria, and approves or rejects each load opportunity. Phoenix does not accept shipper freight first and then assign it among carrier clients, does not hold itself out as the shipper's property broker on these carrier-dispatch pages, and does not replace the carrier's regulatory or safety responsibilities.

Operational and regulatory note

Carrier dispatch activity can require broker authority when the actual conduct crosses into brokerage. Phoenix's carrier-dispatch service is designed around a written carrier-specific relationship, carrier control, carrier compensation of the dispatch service, and carrier approval of each load. The carrier remains responsible for its authority, insurance, safety compliance, hours-of-service compliance, equipment condition, cargo securement, driver qualification and transportation performance. Service availability depends on onboarding review and the actual operating arrangement.
